He’s a Hollywood leading man with one of TV’s hottest shows and legions of fans, but Liev Schreiber’s kids will never find him to be cool.
The 51-year-old Ray Donovan actor, appearing on Wednesday’s edition of Ellen, says that his sons, Sasha, 11, and Samuel Kai, 10, with ex Naomi Watts, will never give him the honors.
‘You’re never cool to your own kids, I don’t know anybody that’s cool to their own kids,’ Schreiber said. ‘I’ve accepted the fact that it’s impossible, I’ll never be cool
The San Francisco native said that a professional decision he made four years ago, to be in more kids’ geared works, didn’t do the trick either.
‘The [kids’] reactions to them is, “Yeah, but you’re just a voice,”‘ said Schreiber, who has lent his voice to films such as Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and My Little Pony: The Movie in recent years
